Our Story

Donato Technologies was established in 2012 with roots in technology staffing, consulting, software development, and training. As client needs evolved, Donato expanded beyond its original workforce focus into a broader technology and business-capability organization.

Today, Donato brings together workforce solutions, application and software development, cloud, data, cybersecurity, AI, consulting, workforce MSP, managed IT services, and training to support organizations across commercial and public-sector environments.

Our growth has been driven by a simple idea: strong organizations need both capable people and modern technology. Donato continues to build around that connection — helping clients address immediate workforce needs while also supporting longer-term technology and transformation priorities.
