When you submit the Contact form, we collect:

Your submission is sent through the website to Donato and delivered to a Donato mailbox by email using Google Workspace (the Gmail API). We use this information to review and respond to your inquiry and to follow up with you about it.

The Contact form does not accept resumes, job applications, or file uploads. If you are interested in a role, please use the Careers page described below.

3. Careers and Job Applications

Job listings, job applications, and resume submissions on our Careers page are provided through CEIPAL, Donato’s applicant tracking platform, using CEIPAL’s embedded career portal.

Information you enter in the career portal, including any resume you upload, is submitted to and processed through CEIPAL. Donato’s website does not directly receive or store application or resume data. Donato uses the information you submit through CEIPAL to review and process your application.

CEIPAL’s handling of information submitted through its portal is also subject to CEIPAL’s own terms and privacy practices.

4. Ask Donato

Ask Donato is the website’s on-page assistant. It runs locally in your browser and answers questions using a predefined set of rule-based responses about Donato and this website. It does not use an artificial-intelligence service or provider.

The questions you type into Ask Donato are not sent to Donato or to any third party, are not stored, and are not used for analytics. A conversation is cleared when you close the assistant or reload the page.

Please do not enter sensitive or confidential information into Ask Donato.

5. Blog

Blog articles are retrieved by our servers from Donato’s WordPress content source and delivered to you as part of this website. Reading the blog does not require you to create an account or provide personal information.

6. Technical Information When You Visit

This website’s application code does not intentionally record visitors’ IP addresses or browser details.

Like most websites, however, this website is delivered through hosting and infrastructure providers. As part of delivering the website, those providers may process technical request information, such as IP address, browser and device type, the page requested, and the date and time of the request, in accordance with their own practices. Third-party services described below may likewise receive technical information when their content loads in your browser.

The website relies on the following third-party services:

• Google Workspace (Gmail API) — delivers Contact form submissions to Donato by email.
• CEIPAL — provides the embedded career portal on the Careers page. When the Careers page loads, CEIPAL’s portal and the resources it requests (including a script library served from Google’s hosting) load in your browser.
• Better Business Bureau (BBB) — the BBB accreditation seal shown on the website is loaded from BBB’s servers, so BBB receives technical request information when the seal loads.
• Hosting and infrastructure providers — deliver the website, as described above.

Each of these services processes information under its own terms and privacy practices. We may also disclose information where we believe it is required by law or necessary to protect the rights, property, or safety of Donato or others.
